• Dal 12 Settembre all'11 Ottobre 2008 si terrà la mia prima esposizione personale alla Galleria Davico di Torino.Presenterò 37 nuovi dipinti eseguiti tra il 2007 ed il 2008.
In catalogo un racconto dai retrogusti noir di Ferdinando Albertazzi, “Lo specchio di carta”, a sottolineare la dimensione dell’enigma, e dei rimandi da un quadro a un altro, e un mio testo di auto-presentazione:

• My first solo exhibition at Galleria Davico will be held from September 12 to October 11 2008 in Torino, Italy.
I will show 37 new paintings realised between 2007 and 2008.
In the catalogue you will find a short story with a noir atmosphere by Ferdinando Albertazzi: The Mirror of Paper, that underlines the dimension of the enigma and of the cross-references from one picture to another, as well as an introduction written by me:

A supporto del dipinto no.534 (il dipinto attorno a cui era costruito l'evento Who Killed Cattelan? del Giugno 2007) sarà inoltre disponibile un catalogo stampato per l'occasione con immagini a colori e il testo di Emanuela Pezzetta.
Il dipinto no.553 è parte dell'insieme di 6 dipinti realizzati per l'esposizione Arte Fatta a Pezzi del Gennaio 2008 a Bologna.

The Kitsch Biennale 2008 - Münich, Germany
The Kitsch Biennale 2008
The Kitsch Biennale will be held in Pasinger Fabrik, which is a culture house directed by the city of Münich. Several exhibitions of figurative painting have been held on the premises, and there is a gallery space of more than 540 square meters (4843 square feet). Pasing is a part of Munich, about 10 minutes with a train from Marienplatz in center city. Pasinger Fabrik is an early 20th century building, and in addition to 540 square meters of exhibition space there is a separate restaurant, a bar, and a small theater where WWK will present theatre plays. The Kitsch Biennale was originally an annual event, however, WorldWideKitsch has decided to turn the Kitsch Annual into a biennale exhibition. The Kitsch Annual 2006 (in Norway) created so much attention, nationally and internationally, that we decided to launch the event on a bigger scale. A larger scope and ambition demands more time and space, and we therefore decided that a biennale was the more appropriate format. We are thrilled to present the Kitsch Biennale 2008 at the Pasinger Fabrik, in Münich, Gemany!

The jury consisted of kitsch painters Helene Knoop and Jan-Ove Tuv, as well as Columbia University Ph.D. Candidate, Therese Sjovoll. The jury has emphasized the level of handcraft skill, the ability to render skin and narrative content.
